These Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern the use of services operated under the SurveysAI brand, including in particular:
- the SurveysAI website and related pages,
- the CrossChat application,
- the Google Forms-related service available at for-google-forms.surveysai.com,
- future applications for analyzing responses to open-ended survey questions,
- future applications for multi-model transcription of interviews and group discussions from audio and video files into text,
- and other related online SurveysAI services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this document.

3. Prohibited Content and Ban on Uploading Third-Party Personal Data

- respondent answers, interview transcripts, audio/video files, or other materials containing personal data,
- special categories of personal data under GDPR,

Users may only use the Services with content that does not contain personal data of any other person. A breach of this rule is a material breach of these Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without compensation.

4. What Personal Data We Process
We process only the personal data necessary to operate the Services and comply with legal obligations, including in particular:

We do not process personal data of survey respondents, interview participants, clients of users, or other third parties, because uploading such data to the Services is prohibited.

- providing the features of the Services,
- handling payments, invoicing, accounting, and tax obligations,
- ensuring security and preventing fraud or abuse,
- communicating with users about their account or the Services,
- protecting our rights and legitimate interests.
The legal basis for processing is primarily performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in the secure and proper operation of the Services.
6. GDPR and Data Subject Rights

- We request only the access necessary to provide the relevant service.
- We do not sell data obtained through Google APIs.
- We do not use data obtained through Google APIs for advertising purposes.
- Humans do not read such data unless we have user consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by applicable law.
8.3 Payment and AI Integrations
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other payment partners. Text inputs may be processed through AI providers and model APIs as required to deliver the relevant Services. Such providers act only to the extent necessary for technical service delivery.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, especially for accounting, tax, legal defense, and security purposes.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate user access to the Services in particular where these Terms are violated, misuse is suspected, or there is a legal or security risk.
