SurveysAI / Trust
Terms of Service
Universal terms for SurveysAI services operated by i-dotazník s.r.o., including customer-content and data-processing terms.
Current version:
Version 1.0 — effective 30 July 2026.
These Terms govern every online service operated by i-dotazník s.r.o. that links to them, including the SurveysAI hub, For Google Forms, CrossChat, Open-End Response Analyser, Qualitative Analysis Workflow, and Transkripce i-dotazník (together, the Services).
1. Provider and acceptance
The provider is:
- i-dotazník s.r.o.
- Business ID (IČO): 08689784
- Registered office: Burdova 407/33, Kyje, 198 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic
- Registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 323320
- Email: info@surveysai.com
By creating an account, purchasing a Service, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use a Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
The Services are intended for adults capable of entering into a contract.
2. What each Service provides
Each product page or checkout describes the current functionality, price, currency, access period or credits, and important limitations. Product descriptions form part of these Terms. Experimental, beta, and in-development Services are labelled as such and may change more quickly than production Services.
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue a Service. Where a paid change materially removes what a customer already purchased, we will provide a proportionate remedy required by law, such as continued access, replacement performance, or a refund for the unused part.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Unless a team feature expressly permits it, an account is for one person and login details must not be shared.
You may stop using a Service or request account deletion. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms.
4. Prices, payments, renewals, and refunds
The total price, currency, scope, and duration shown before payment apply to the purchase. Payments may be handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
A purchase does not renew automatically unless the checkout clearly says that it is a recurring subscription. Product-specific credit validity or access periods are shown before purchase.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, a consumer may exercise it by emailing info@surveysai.com. If a consumer expressly asks us to begin supplying a digital service during the withdrawal period, the consequences required by applicable consumer law apply. Any additional money-back guarantee shown in a product offer applies alongside, not instead of, statutory rights.
Complaints can be sent to the same email. Czech consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
5. Customer content
You retain rights in content you submit and in your resulting outputs to the extent the law allows. You grant us a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested Service.
You must have the right to use the submitted content. Remove names, contact details, direct identifiers, and other information not needed for the task. Do not intentionally submit special-category data, confidential third-party material, or other sensitive personal data unless the relevant Service expressly supports that use and you have a valid legal basis.
Research transcripts and open-ended answers are not prohibited merely because of their format. The responsibility is to minimise identifying information and use the material lawfully. We do not routinely inspect customer content to decide whether a person can be identified.
6. Data-processing terms under Article 28 GDPR
If customer content contains personal data for which you determine the purpose and means of processing, you are the controller and appoint us as processor. These terms form the data-processing agreement between us:
- Subject and duration: customer content submitted to the selected Service, processed for the period needed to provide it and for the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy.
- Nature and purpose: hosting, transmission, transcription, generation, classification, analysis, retrieval, and deletion as initiated by the customer through the Service.
- Data and people concerned: whatever personal data the customer includes, potentially concerning survey respondents, interview participants, customers, employees, or contacts.
- Instructions: we process the data only through the Service as used and configured by the customer, under these Terms, and as otherwise documented by the customer. We will inform the customer if an instruction appears to breach applicable data-protection law.
- Confidentiality and security: authorised personnel are bound by confidentiality, access is restricted, and we use the measures described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sub-processors: the customer generally authorises the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We remain responsible for imposing relevant data-protection duties on processors we appoint and will give customers a reasonable opportunity to object before a material new sub-processor begins processing their customer content. If the objection cannot reasonably be resolved, the customer may stop using the affected Service.
- Assistance: taking account of the processing and information available to us, we will reasonably assist with data-subject requests, security incidents, impact assessments, and regulatory consultations.
- Incidents: we will notify the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting customer content.
- Return and deletion: on request or termination, we will delete or return customer content unless law requires retention; backup copies expire through the normal rotation cycle.
- Information and audit: we will provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and permit a proportionate audit where legally required, subject to confidentiality, security, and reasonable advance notice.
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of its instructions, notices to data subjects, data minimisation, and responding to data-subject requests. Contact us if your organisation needs a separately signed copy of these same processing terms.
7. Google integration
For Google Forms may request Google OAuth permissions needed to sign in and create or update forms at the user’s request. You may revoke the connection at any time. Use of Google user data is also governed by the Google-specific section of our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You must not use the integration to access an account or form without authority.
8. AI and transcription providers
Some Services send submitted content to external AI or speech-processing providers selected for the requested workflow. The relevant categories and providers are described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated analyses, classifications, text, and transcripts may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review important outputs before relying on, publishing, or using them to make decisions. The Services do not provide legal, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use a Service unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights;
- submit content you have no right to use;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or gain unauthorised access to a Service;
- resell access or share credentials except through an authorised team feature;
- use outputs deceptively or as an unreviewed basis for decisions that may significantly affect a person.
We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to stop harm, comply with law, protect security, or address a material breach.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the Services, software, design, documentation, and brands. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during the applicable access period; they do not transfer ownership of the Service.
You may send feedback. We may use it to improve the Services without restriction, but we will not publish it as your endorsement without permission.
11. Availability, warranties, and liability
Services are provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Beta and experimental Services carry greater risk and are labelled accordingly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by relying on an output without reasonable review. The following cap does not apply to consumers: for business customers, our aggregate liability relating to a paid Service is limited to the amount the customer paid for that Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using a free Service at any time. Paid access ends when its stated period, subscription, or credits end. Clauses that by their nature should survive—including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing, and liability clauses—continue after termination.
If we discontinue a paid Service, we will provide the remedy required by law and ordinarily refund the unused paid portion or unused purchased credits.
13. Governing law and changes
Czech law governs these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in the consumer’s country remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the portfolio evolves. The version and effective date above identify the current text. Material changes affecting an existing paid relationship will be announced through an appropriate channel before they take effect where required.
14. Contact
Questions, complaints, privacy requests, and notices may be sent to info@surveysai.com.
